Training & Development

We deliver training to support the human side of where technology development meets customer support. Leadership Skills Workshops educate across career future proofing and emotional intelligence to personal resilience and personal productivity. The training supports leaders on ways to unlock their ‘real human’ leadership potential in a practical and transferable way.

In addition, we specialise in training to help shaping and sustaining a strong culture of health and safety. Safety is the enabler for employee engagement, performance and sustaining future success. It should be a core business priority. It’s important for everyone across an organisation to engage the everyday habits that lead to a safer workplace culture.

We also work with organisations to co-create bespoke programmes that focus on refreshing front line performance to create the ultimate customer service/sales experience. Equipping an internal delivery team to roll-out a programme fast-tracks culture change, as they are best-placed to bring work discussions to life in a style and character that feels real.

We believe that the ability for an organisation’s workforce to handle the years ahead with emotional stability, mental resilience and a proactive customer-focused mindset will be key to retaining a competitive edge.

We offer three types of training sessions, these include:

1. Leadership Skills Workshop -
‘Inspiration in the Age of Automation’

Work Space

Across 4-6 workshops, we focus on cutting-edge research looking at how leaders can unlock their ‘real human’ leadership potential in a practical and transferable way.

One of our Key Principles of Workplace AI is to ‘Be Unique or Become Extinct’: to protect our relevance in the workplace we must maximise our human potential, and make sure we do the things that only humans can do really well. No human could ever hold as much knowledge as Google, Siri or Viv, but what we do have is fluid intelligence. As yet, human curiosity cannot be synthesised, and thus it should be nurtured and respected. A robot can learn how to develop rapport, but intimacy is uniquely human.

Our Skills Workshop training includes:
  • Career future proofing.

  • Emotional intelligence.

  • Personal resilience.

  • Problem solving and decision-making presence.

  • Awesome presentations.

  • Personal productivity.

  • Courageous conversations.

  • Engaging communication.

Programme modules include:
  • The Leadership Evolution: Identifying the 4 DNA (do not automate) aspects of leadership.

  • Be Distinct or Become Extinct: Creating your leadership brand to connect and inspire your team.

  • Beyond the Meme: Motivating and managing great and consistent team performance.

  • If This, Then That: Coaching and giving great feedback to raise individual performance levels.

Human spark
  • What can you do NOW to bring spark to your work?

  • Surprise, attention, delight and fun are difficult to programme, so be better than an algorithm this week.

  • Focus on creating spark with your employees so that they can reflect this out to the customer.

Continuous learning
  • Employers need to help people feel empowered and thrive amid these changes.

  • For example, investing in personal development can be cost-effective. The cost of replacing an employee can be up to 213% of their annual salary for executive positions.

  • So, investing in training is often cheaper than hiring new staff. This not only motivates employees but also empowers them with more versatility in the future.

  • Continuous learning is crucial. No one knows everything, and adapting to new roles requires ongoing skill development.

  • Staying informed about industry trends and learning from others is vital.

  • If an organisation doesn’t invest in its people, it risks losing them to competitors who will.

2. Belonging & Safety at Work

Colleagues at Work

A workplace should be a place of energy which empowers and brings to life employees with a strong sense of belonging. It’s important for everyone across an organisation to engage the everyday habits that lead to a safer workplace culture. A culture of safety underpins business success for enabling sustainable success – by creating a caring team environment where belonging and individual commitment to everyone’s safety.

We equip leaders with the tools, insights, and collaborative approach necessary to cultivate a safety-first mindset throughout our organisation.

It’s essential for businesses to focus on:

  • The Leadership Role in Building a Safety Culture: Understanding how your influence directly impacts safety standards and employee well-being.

  • Creating a Vision for Safety: Aligning our organisational goals with safety practices to foster an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Empowering Teams for Success: Developing strategies to engage all levels in our organisation in prioritising health and safety in day-to-day operations.

  • Transforming Challenges into Opportunities: Addressing common safety barriers and identifying actionable solutions through leadership-led initiatives.

3. Creating the Ultimate Customer Experience

We work with organisations to co-create bespoke programmes that focus on refreshing front line performance to create the ultimate customer service/sales experience.

Equipping an internal delivery team to roll-out a programme fast-tracks culture change, as they are best-placed to bring work discussions to life in a style and character that feels real.

Creating a training platform for your internal stars to shine helps everyone to feel more valued and engaged, which reflects in the onward service they provide to their customer.

This creative and collaborative approach could help bring your workplace to life if your tech landscape is changing.
